Texell Credit Union Ranked #1 Credit Union in Texas for "Return of the Member"
Callahan and Associates, a credit union research and consulting firm based in Washington, DC, ranked Texell Credit Union the top credit union in Texas for overall "return of their members" (ROM). Callahan and Associates assigns a value between 1 and 100 to every credit union in the country. Credit unions with a score near 100 are the leaders in providing value to their members. Texell scored an impressive 97.31.
ROM measures three core credit union functions:
