Smart Homebuying Workshop
Texell Credit Union will host a Smart Homebuying Workshop on Tuesday, April 11, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn — Temple. The workshop will provide strategies for seasoned homebuyers looking to buy another home and help first-time homebuyers understand their options to purchase a home for the same amount they are paying in rent.
“Buying a home can feel overwhelming, even if you’re not a first-time homebuyer,” says Amber Speer, Texell’s Vice President of Mortgage. “This seminar will deliver tips and guidance to feel confident when buying your next home.”
The seminar is presented by Myka Allen-Johnson, owner of The Real Estate Business School of Salado. Myka is a licensed realtor, a recognized national sales trainer, and a published author of “Tales From Sales: Outrageous, Hilarious and True Stories From Homes Sales.” She is also the host of the podcast “LOL Lessons in Real Estate” and has a recurring segment on KCENTV’s morning show called “Real Estate Matters.”
